Rebecca Pluguez - Assistant Director, Administrative Services

Rebecca’s position as the Assistant Director of the General Counsel’s Office consists of the operational development of the office including budget, human resources, policies and procedures, contracts, outside counsel, assessment and annual reports. In addition, Rebecca is responsible for special projects such as the creation and implementation of the university wide contract management system. Equally important, she is responsible for the supervision and management of the administrative personnel including Coordinators, Legal Assistants, Office Assistants, and Interns.

Rebecca’s alma mater is the University of Central Florida where she received her B.A. in Legal Studies and her Masters of Nonprofit Management. Rebecca actively volunteers in diverse nonprofits and helps them through consultation and creating volunteer management plans, budgeting, writing grants, and strategic management plans.
