Dawn Castro joined the University in January of 2017. She is the Associate Director for Gift Administration for the University of Central Florida Foundation, Inc. and is responsible for all aspects of the gift administration process, including drafting gift agreements for major and principal level giving, naming opportunities, amendments, and processing. Dawn works closely with the Foundation’s gift officers and senior leadership on closing gifts. She also provides support for the contract management system, compliance, policies, and support to the Foundation’s Legal Counsel with complex projects.

Dawn enjoys all types of outings with her teenage son in her free time and is a huge supporter of UCF Athletics.

Dawn’s alma mater is the University of Central Florida where she received her B.A. in Legal Studies in 2016.
