Marcul Joseph joined the Office of the General Counsel in March 2023 where he serves as a Paralegal II. Marcul handles routine as well as complex public records requests through collaboration with various departments across the university. He organizes and maintains electronic litigation case files. He also assists the attorneys in the gathering, organization, and production of documents responsive to discovery requests and/or subpoenas in both state and federal court; and performs legal research as needed.

In his personal time, Marcul enjoys the great outdoors, reading, working out, and watching movies with his family.

Marcul is a proud UCF Alumni who graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Political Science, a B.S. in Legal Studies, and a Certificate in Diplomacy in 2016.
