Winter Break Contract Submission Notice
The Office of the General Counsel and UCF kNEXT are pleased to share this important notice with the UCF community.
To help ensure there is enough time for review, processing, and execution of contracts before the university closes for winter break on December 18, 2026, please submit all contracts requiring review through CobbleStone by
December 4, 2026.
We will do our best to assist with contracts submitted after the December 4 deadline; however, review before the university closes on December 18th cannot be guaranteed.
We encourage everyone to submit contracts as early as possible and include all required information and documentation with the initial submission to help prevent delays.
